The Glenn Armentor Law Corporation Thanksgiving Grocery Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Sponsor.
Sponsor: Glenn Armentor Law Corporation, 300 Stewart St., Lafayette, Louisiana 70501 If an administrator is used, references to “Sponsor” include its administrator.

2. Eligibility.
Open only to legal residents of the Acadiana region in Louisiana: Abbeville, Breaux Bridge, Broussard, Carencro, Church Point, Crowley, Erath, Eunice, Franklin, Gueydan, Iota, Jeanerette, Jennings, Kaplan, Lafayette, Mamou, Maurice, New Iberia, Opelousas, Rayne, Scott, St. Martinville, Sunset, Ville Platte, and Youngsville. Must be 18+. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate household/family members are not eligible. Void outside of Louisiana and where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of
winning.

3. Promotion Period.
Begins 11/12/2025 and ends 11/19/2025 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor’s clock is official.

4. How to Enter.
During the Promotion Period, visit https://glennarmentor.com/2025-thanksgiving-giveaway/ and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. CT on 11/19/2025. Automated means of entry (bots, scripts, services) are prohibited and void.

5. Prize; Odds.
Fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) $100 gift card to Champagne’s Market located at 454 Heymann Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70503. Gift card excludes alcohol, tobacco, and lottery purchases. Gift cards must be picked up at The Glenn Armentor Law Corporation office (ID required). No transfer or cash redemption. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are responsible for all taxes. Approximate retail value per prize: $100.

6. Winner Selection & Notification.
On or about Wednesday, 11/19/2025, Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or to meet eligibility/ID requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate. In the event of an entry dispute, the authorized account holder or the person named on the entry form will be deemed the entrant.

7. Consent & Privacy.
By entering, you consent to be contacted by Sponsor by email and/or phone regarding the giveaway. Marketing emails are optional and not required for entry; you may unsubscribe at any time. Entry information is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

8. Publicity.
Where lawful, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

9. General Conditions.
Sponsor may verify eligibility/identity and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning; if terminated, Sponsor may select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of action. CAUTION: Any attempt to damage the site or undermine the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies.

10. Limitations of Liability; Release.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or prize use/misuse, including travel to/from any prize pick-up or use location. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, corrupted, or incomplete entries; network, server, internet, or telephone failures; or any errors (technical, printing, typographical) in materials or administration.

11. Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver; Damages Limitation.
Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to this giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its rules, held at the AAA office nearest the entrant (or virtually, at the arbitrator’s discretion). The Federal Arbitration Act governs. No class or representative actions. No punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages; recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entry.

12. Governing Law.
These Rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
